As Senior HR Project Manager (gn) you will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects to standardise and strengthen HR practice across the organisation, as well as setting new processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Design and implement new HR processes as part of HR transformation, considering best practice and employee experience
- Engage HR teams in the design process and through the changes implementation
- Communicate powerfully through the project and ensure appropriate change management is carried out in the implementation and post launch
- Advice and facilitate decision making through the project planning and implementation
Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten
Essential
- Demonstrable hands-on experience as an Project Manager managing HR projects through the full lifecycle
- Experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation
- You have excellent delivery and execution capabilities as well as strong Change Management knowledge and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organisation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage numerous projects with competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Self-starter, strong drive and result oriented
- Ability to undertake international travel
- Fluent English is essential but additional language skills are desirable
Desirable
- A formal qualification in project management—e.g. PMP/PRINCE II
- Experience in delivering global HR projects
- Previous success in delivering and launching software platforms for internal users
- Experience with projects that develop in-house platforms for internal processes
- Experience in coaching project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets
