Company Profile: 

Our client is a publicly listed company on the Main Board of Hong Kong. The company specializes in a wide range of products including ISO liquid tank containers, high-pressure transport vehicles, cryogenic transport vehicles, cryogenic storage tanks, large storage tanks, and LNG refueling stations. They provide key equipment, engineering services, and system solutions for the transportation, storage, and processing sectors. With a global marketing presence, the company currently employs over 10,000 people worldwide. 

Our client is now looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales and expertise in the Oil & Gas or Industrial Gas industries. The Sales Manager will be responsible for independently developing and managing client relationships in the Germany, and EU regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Independently identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the Oil & Gas or Industrial Gas industries.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand client needs.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region.
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring profitable agreements.
  5. Provide regular updates on sales progress and client feedback to the management team.
  6. Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the Oil & Gas or Industrial Gas industries.
  3. Proven ability to independently develop and manage client relationships.
  4. Existing client network in the Oil & Gas or Industrial Gas industries is preferred.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in German.
  6. Familiarity with the local market conditions and business culture in the assigned region.
