Our client is a leading domestic supplier of lithium-thionyl chloride (LTC) batteries. The company possesses independent intellectual property rights and internationally advanced technological capabilities, aiming to become a global leader in new lithium energy.
Its business primarily serves key sectors such as smart grids, radio frequency identification (RFID), automotive electronics, and security systems. To meet the demands of these industries, the company offers innovative and eco-friendly lithium battery solutions and related products, featuring high energy density, long service life, and a wide operating temperature range.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire product lifecycle development of lithium battery products, including requirement analysis, concept design, prototype validation, and mass production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements;
• Lead the optimization of technical product designs, focusing on battery module (Pack) structure, electrical systems, thermal management, and integration of BMS (Battery Management System) functions to improve performance, reliability, and cost competitiveness;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality management, procurement) to drive product industrialization, solve technical problems during mass production, define key process control points, and reduce typical failure risks;
• Participate in product development process control, including preparation and management of technical documentation;
• Stay up to date with technological trends in the lithium battery industry, conduct forward-looking product design based on market demand, and contribute to cost structure analysis to balance performance and cost objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
• At least 3 years of work experience in a related industry;
• Strong knowledge of requirement analysis, product design, project management, and implementation;
• Familiarity with industry laws, standards, and system integration methods;
• Solid understanding of battery module structure (Pack), electrical systems, thermal management, cell technology, and BMS;
• Knowledge of common Pack materials, performance parameters, and manufacturing processes;
• Familiarity with battery product standards and testing requirements;
• Understanding of typical production processes and critical quality control points;
• Basic knowledge of battery system and component cost structures;
• Keen awareness of industry trends and technological developments in the battery field;
• Good command of English (written and spoken, at least CET-4 level or equivalent);
• Proficient in at least one 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Creo, NX/UG);
• Proficient in AutoCAD;
• Experience with BMS diagnostic tools and CAN communication protocol analysis (e.g., SANRA, SANtex, CANPRO) is a plus;
• Skilled in MS Office applications.
