Our client is a leading domestic supplier of lithium-thionyl chloride (LTC) batteries. It boasts independent intellectual property rights and internationally advanced technological capabilities, and is committed to developing into an internationally leading enterprise in the field of new lithium energy.

Its business mainly serves key sectors such as smart grids, radio frequency identification (RFID), automotive electronics, and the security industry. To meet the needs of these sectors, it specifically provides new-type environmentally friendly lithium battery solutions and related products, which feature high energy density, long service life, and a wide operating temperature range.

Responsibilities

• Customer Order Response Planning & Management

Develop sub-assembly and shipping plans based on customer call-off plans.

Respond to customer needs promptly, and analyze and process customer order information.

Formulate matching shipping solutions.

• Domestic Logistics & Distribution Management

Coordinate warehouse and logistics resources in an integrated manner.

Ensure domestic materials are delivered to designated overseas warehouses or customers on time and accurately.

• Dynamic Inventory Management

Monitor the status of domestic inventory and customer VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) in real time.

Arrange replenishment plans scientifically to balance supply and demand.

• Order Execution Tracking

Track the progress of order execution.

Confirm shipping quantities and timelines.

Address transportation anomalies.

• Data System Maintenance

Ensure the accuracy of call-off and shipping data.

Maintain planning and shipping information through the WMS (Warehouse Management System).

• Multi-Party Collaboration & Communication

Liaise with customers' logistics/planning departments and provide timely feedback.

Coordinate internal warehousing, logistics, and other links to ensure smooth execution.

• Process & Document Management

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of planning and shipping documents.

Participate in the optimization and improvement of relevant processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, in engineering or project management-related fields.
• English at CEFR Level C1 or above; German at CEFR Level B2 or above.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, VISIO, and project management software.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain planning.
• Solid expertise in logistics and warehousing.
